Mountains of Ice Meet the Ocean
SEWARD, ALASKA - Located just outside the town of Seward in south-central Alaska, Kenai Fjords National Park is one of the top tourist attractions in the nation's 49th state. Covering 607,805 acres where the mountains, ice and ocean meet, the park consists of the Harding Icefield, its nearly 40 glaciers flowing from the icefield, coastal fjords and islands.
