Disney World to Reopen Blizzard Beach Water Park on November 4

Walt Disney World Resort’s mix of a snowy backdrop with the Florida warmth is set to continue as Blizzard Beach water park will reopen on November 4.

Disney World has a promotion that allows you to enjoy one of its famous water parks before it closes and flows right into the opening of another.

The Disney Water Parks Seasonal Pass is back and available for $79 plus tax. This returning, limited-time offer provides admission through May 23, 2025, giving guests the flexibility to enjoy Typhoon Lagoon through November 3 and then Blizzard Beach starting this fall.

The Disney Water Parks pass also offers free parking throughout the year.

The reopening of Blizzard Beach offers guests the unique experience of a water park during the holidays.

Younger guests can splash and play in the “Frozen”-themed Tike’s Peak, where they’ll find wading pools featuring “melting” snow with Anna, Elsa, Olaf and the “Snowgies.” This playful area allows little ones to explore and enjoy the magic of Arendelle, while enjoying the benefit of heated water.

Yes, as oxymoronic as it sounds, Blizzard Beach is heated.

Blizzard Beach also boasts the Summit Plummet water slide, where guests can ascend to its 12-story peak before plunging 360 feet into warm water. For those looking to unwind, Cross Country Creek offers a peaceful float along the 3,000-foot lazy river, winding through the park.

And while you’re there, you can check out the construction of a new attraction.
